Chaza is a hot sauce company that wanted to take their successful home-kitchen operation to a national level. They needed branding that was attention-getting to help them break into the market.
Paying tribute to their twin boys who helped them coin the name “Chaza,” the logo intertwines the boys’ profiles with a habanero pepper icon. We chose bright, bold colors to stand out against the competition and whiskey flask bottles for packaging as an homage to its southern heritage in its first year. Chaza obtained representation from the leading national fine foods distributor and was introduced in 80+ stores across the country with that number climbing weekly.
